Wonderful service. Always greeted with a smile and friendly supportive; admin staff, dental nurses and dentists. Was given a clear plan of treatment and cost. Dr Kent and his team run an excellent practice which I highly recommend and have informed by family and friends to go!! Beautiful new modern and clean surgery. Sarah the practice manager was extremely supportive and caring. She is very knowledgeable about all treatments and after care. She is amazing! All staff were friendly, caring and very professional. They made you feel comfortable and explained every option available with no pressure. I would highly recommend them 😁. Yesterday I had my 10 x teeth removed and my top denture fitted.. As I suffer anxiety I had Dr Luke Torre sedate me whilst the procedure was done. All the staff and especially the girls at front desk were all amazing. Dr Torre is wonderful with his bedside manner and helped me with my anxiousness. Great job guys, many thanks 😊
I met Dr Kent Tan of My Implant Dentist a few years ago when I had to have a number of teeth extracted. Dr Tan is a very humble, happy and friendly individual and is one of the few dentists that can remove a person’s teeth without causing any discomfort or pain. I have had quite a few very bad experiences in my life and was elated to find such an excellent dentist as Mr Tan. I have since been back and as usual, Mr Tan delivered the same impeccable treatment and advice. I would also like to add that the staff employed by Dr Tan that I have come into contact with have all been super helpful, well mannered and friendly, on hand and very eager to assist with any inquiry requested by myself. I would advise anyone to get a consultation with Dr Tan and I assure whoever chooses to do so that they will be very satisfied and pleasantly surprised. THANK YOU VERY MUCH DR KENT TAN!!!😁
